Our Mission as a 501(C)3 corporation is to promote the arts and sciences. Responsible services the community as a forum for narrators, copy editors, creatives and writers, storytellers, and scientists.
Explore what we offer
Provide structured exhibit halls, forums, and symposia where the public interact directly with the practicing clinicians of arts (e.g., literary arts) and science. Offer researchers a peer-review platform to present abstract ideas and data, and their observations allowing for immediate feedback and scientific discourse.
Contribute with us to your scholarly discipline in the arts-and-sciences. Researching the history of Spanish, Latin, and English language is critical to becoming more response able. Descriptive lexicography can build up your appreciation for words. This personal composition and appreciation for words can improve your response(ability) as an artist or scientist.
Compose with us your narrative. Orate with us by narrating. Enjoin your editorial insight with us. Storytelling involves a receptive human journeying and trust whether at the desk, canvas, or podcast studio. Assure yourself the rest that you may need with editorial support, or provide the assurance yourself to the community with your expertise and curiosity when observing (e.g, photo essay, tone, accuracy, compliance, and well-refined prose). Narration is a skill! Contribute your voice to embody characters, to dictate the pacing and tone of a narrative, and transform the delivery of literature and/or life sciences.

About Us
We founded this non-profit in 2022 behind the passion and appreciation for the arts-and-sciences under the name Ancient Playgrounds Co.
Our mission is to increase literary arts audiences in the Starkville, Miss. and surrounding D.C. communities. We welcome the technical prowess of scientists. We aim to refine the vision of artists to see the science and for scientists to unlock their creativity. Our board is comprised of biomedical and electrical engineers trained in scientific innovation; creatives and inter-disciplinarians; regulation and resilience motivators; and civic minded fellows.
